The open countryside in combination with the surrounding sea has meant there have been farming and fishing industries in Cornwall for many years. In fact it is possible to source a wide variety of quality produce locally ranging from unique cheeses and meat products to home made jams and of course, perhaps one of Cornwall's best known foods, the Cornish pasty.

The farmers / makers have been categorised by the main product they offer though many of those listed offer a range of Cornish produce.
